
Kim Dolmanet, M.A., CCC-SLP
Kim earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 and has over 25 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in both public schools and private clinical settings. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping individuals with social learning and social communication differences build confidence and develop meaningful connections.
Kim is passionate about fostering a neurodiversity-affirming environment where individuals feel safe, understood, and empowered to navigate the social world in a way that aligns with their unique strengths and needs. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, incorporating evidence-based strategies to support communication, self-advocacy, and social interaction skills.
With extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism, ADHD, and other communication differences, Kim tailors her therapy to each client’s goals—whether in school, the workplace, or everyday social interactions. She values a strengths-based approach that highlights each person’s abilities while providing tools to navigate challenges.
Recently, Kim relocated to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, but continues to serve clients in Texas as well as in Wisconsin, as she holds licensure in multiple states. She offers both in-person and virtual therapy, ensuring accessibility for individuals seeking support in their communication and social development.
