Dr. William Konyecsni, MD
Dr. Konyecsni earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School in San Antonio in 1995. Following his graduation, he completed a residency in Adult Psychiatry, where he honed his skills in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health conditions. Recognizing his passion for working with younger populations, Dr. Konyecsni went on to complete a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in San Antonio, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Konyecsni has treated children and adolescents across multiple states, including Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, Arizona, and Kentucky. His work has involved both direct clinical care and leadership roles, including serving as a Medical Director for outpatient clinics, acute inpatient units, and residential treatment centers.
Dr. Konyecsni’s areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He is passionate about providing compassionate care to individuals facing these challenges and developing tailored treatment plans that support each patient’s unique needs.
With a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to improving the mental health of children and adolescents, Dr. Konyecsni continues to make a significant impact in the field of psychiatry.

Dr. Wilfrido Omar Dominguez, M.D.
Dr. Dominguez graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2010. He completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry, followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, both at Galveston. Dr. Dominguez is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of patients and provide culturally competent care.
Throughout his career, Dr. Dominguez has gained extensive experience treating patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, private practice, and residential treatment centers. His broad experience has given him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges faced by individuals with mental health disorders across the lifespan.
Dr. Dominguez’s clinical interests and expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Psychosis, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He is passionate about providing comprehensive care that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs, and he is committed to helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges.
