Jole brings over 12 years of experience in integrating social and recreational skills instruction into community-based settings, with a focus on building both social interaction and group recreation skills for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her expertise lies in creating dynamic, engaging environments where clients can develop essential life skills while enjoying the benefits of socialization and group activities.
In addition to her extensive background in social and recreational instruction, Jole is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This unique combination allows her to offer specialized behavioral training and interventions, addressing the challenges clients often face when navigating a world that may feel overwhelming or difficult to understand. By utilizing evidence-based behavioral strategies, Jole helps her clients manage and overcome behavioral challenges, fostering greater independence and improved social functioning.
Jole holds a Master’s degree in Education and is certified as both a BCBA and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Her dual expertise in behavior analysis and therapeutic recreation enables her to provide a holistic approach that supports both the behavioral and social needs of her clients.
