Jan Motriuk

M.A., M.Ed.

Jan has dedicated over 18 years to serving Austin families and students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across various settings, including schools, homes, and community environments. Her diverse experience spans from her personal perspective as a parent and in-home trainer to her role as a client educator, providing valuable insight into the unique challenges and needs of individuals with ASD. Jan has also spent 7 years as a valued member of the Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD) Autism Team, where she worked directly with students and staff to create supportive learning environments.

Throughout her career, Jan has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the lifespan of ASD, recognizing the importance of building and generalizing skills across all environments to ensure long-term success. She has a deep commitment to empowering individuals with ASD and their families by providing practical strategies that can be implemented at school, home, and within the community.

Jan holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Texas, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to approach ASD with a focus on individualized education plans and holistic development. Her particular expertise lies in teaching social skills to individuals with ASD, understanding that effective social interaction is key to building lifelong relationships and achieving personal success. With a wealth of experience and passion for her work, Jan remains a trusted and compassionate resource for families navigating the complexities of ASD.
